Stop Worrying..!!!

At any day or any time have you thought about the missing happiness or energy level, which you normally have at the start of a year??

I don’t know whether you came across such questions before in your life, but my mind raised this question today while I was planning to celebrate the commencement of 2011. Initially I struggled in finalizing an answer, but once I reached, it seemed simple for me.

To put the answer precisely in a word, I am terming it as “Worry”.

We worry about so many things in our life even by knowing that those circumstances cannot be changed. This is the major problem of our life. Just read the following to understand easily.
  • We worry about the scams of the politicians
  • We worry about our country’s status
  • We worry about ourselves
  • We worry about our son, daughter, siblings, cousins, in laws, neighbors, etc..,

As I always insist on being optimist in my posts, let’s try the above sentences by replacing just a single word ‘care’ for ‘worry’. Now you will sense the dramatic changes in those sentences.
  • We care about the scams of the politicians
  • We care about our country’s status
  • We care about ourselves
  • We care about our son, daughter, siblings, cousins, in laws, neighbors, etc..,

Being positive always helps you to be energetic and lead a happy life. Take for instance that, when you worry about your country only negative thoughts will flow into your mind about it, but the same will be reversed into positive thoughts when you care about your nation. So the thing I am trying to convey in this post is don’t worry for the things, try to care about it. Surely you will feel a lot of change within you and your surroundings.

Even if the story is common, every chapter in a book is different. Likewise every chapter of our life i.e., years will be different. As a new chapter begins tomorrow, let’s stop worrying and take care of the things around us. Have a positive 2011.

2010 !!!

We have just a day more to complete the year of 2010. So it’s time for me to take a look at the paths I had traveled along this one year.

It’s a year like Shankar’s movie for me. I had a smooth start and then a roller coaster ride in middle and finally a happy ending climax. I like to term 2010 as a year of whistle blowing, because that word suits for  me, my country and also the entire world.
It’s because many things about me, both positive and negative, have been blown out by the persons around me. By knowingly and unknowingly they corrected me to travel in a good path. There are several persons who are completely responsible for the changes in me.
India too needs such personalities, because for the whole year the news we hear from our media are scams and frauds. Exposing such activities to public is a good thing, but those aspects are yet to be corrected by the people in high command. As a rapidly developing nation we need those changes soon to be happened and those changes are possible only when the people are changed. But leaving all aside if you think that did we experience only the negatives? No, there are positives things happened for us to celebrate. Here I tried to come out with such things which I can remember.
When it comes to politics, 2010 is the year of scams. But the happiest thing is almost all of the scams are been exposed and politicians are switching over to correction mode. Every person is informed about the scams and frauds by our efficient media. But sad thing is they focused only about such things. We have achieved several things in sports, arts and in business.
In sports, we organized common wealth games successfully; our athletes and sports persons won several medals in Asiad and CWG. In cricket, Team India is the leader in test rankings and they performed well for the complete year. Importantly Sachin Tendulkar created history by scoring 200 runs as individual highest in ODI’s. In Arts, A.R. Rahman’s music has reached round the globe and he is the most wanted composer in Hollywood. And finally in Business, our empires have been extended to almost all continents by great business emperors of  India.

This says we have lots of achievements to celebrate and remember for 2010. Celebration is the key word for everyone at both ends of a year. So let’s cherish our achievements of this year and perish our negatives in the forthcoming year.

Positive Vs Negative

I had seen many people perform self-analysis and trying to identify the positive and negative aspects of them. Some goes to an extent of asking the close ones to identify it. Even I had the habit for past couple of years. But for the past few days my mind raised a question that why we doing this.

The answer is simple, we believe removing our negative things will help us to grow higher, we believe successful peoples have only the positive aspects. Almost every people say negative things will act as a hurdle in  relationships. Believe me all of the above is just an illusion and the reality is entirely different from it.
If it is possible to remove our negative aspects, then there will not be any uniqueness among human beings. We are human’s, we do have our uniqueness which others races cannot have. Take for instance about me, I have several positive as well as negative aspects and the persons who are close to me know about both sides clearly. They never complained about the negatives I have, because they loved my positive side.
Successful peoples never have only the positive sides. They do have these negative aspects, but they wrap it under their positives. Most successful persons in this world do the following things,
  •     Developing their positive skills
  •     Being optimistic to use their negative sides also for successes
  •     Importantly they hide their negatives.

The thing I am trying to tell is focus on your positive aspects to develop it big so that people will not care about your other side. Remember even a particle is said to be an atom only if it has a proton and electron. Physics say for the flow of energy we need both positive and negative terminals, likewise we need both aspects within us to have a good flow of life.
So don’t worry about the negative side of you, develop your positives and lead a great life.

Journey of life

“Life to me is a journey – you never know what may be your next destination”
                                                                                                             – David Russell.

Life is always related to journey by philosophers and eminent speakers. There are several quotes said by them in relating life with journey. Is there a relationship? I tried to explore it in this post.

To make your journey smooth you will always need to choose a good path to travel, the same applies for your life. You need to choose a suitable path for you and that should also be a good path in order to make your life sweet and enjoyable.

The important thing in a journey is you will have several vehicles coming at you in opposite direction. If you like vehicle, you observe it and admire it. But you never consider it once it passes away. In life you should admire the persons who are opposite in nature, but never care about them once they moved away from you. Because persons with different or opposite to us will always have a lesson to teach or a special thing to admire.

At some point you will have to overtake the front runners of your journey. It is possible only by great efficiency and precise timing. The front runners in your life are the competitors in workplace, business and for wooing a girl. In order to win them be efficient and empower yourself. Timing is the great influencing factor here, because in life you can get back everything you lose except time.

The medium used for the journey always changes, so do the co-passengers. Accept your changes in life with open hands, because you will not have the same perception and persons with you always. Like you explore new place for each second in a travel, change yourselves according to the present world.

I hope you love to drive by own in a journey rather than keeping a driver. That’s always sweet. Don’t let others shape the course of your life, steer yourself with abundant energy, don’t confuse at cross roads, follow your own path and reach the desired destination.

I wish you a sweet journey for long time. And I also believe that by making you to read this post made me a co-passenger of your journey.

Insights on Myths-1

When I first heard this story about the two gods Muruga and Ganesha my perception on it were completely different. I heard it during my childhood and those days I blindly believed my elders say. Before going into my perceptions I like to brief you the story.

It is Narada who made the trouble again to lord Shiva and Parvathi as usual. He visited them and presented a fruit saying that they should give to the person whom they like most.

Shiva set a test for his two sons Ganesha and Muruga. He asked them to go round the world and said that the person who finished doing this first would get the fruit. Muruga at once rushed on his mount, the peacock and made a quick trip around the world. He was surprised to find that Ganesha had already finished doing this, since he knew that Ganesha could not move very fast. Ganesha replied that his parents were his only world. So he had completed his task by just going around them.

When I heard this story at first time, my perceptions were,
  • Muruga lost the test
  • Parents are our world; we should be with them always
  • And Ganesha is greater god than Muruga

But now my perception on this story differs from the earlier one. This time I don’t see any loser in the story. I categorized Muruga and Ganesha as hard worker and smart worker respectively. There are several Muruga’s in the present world who acquires the fruit in the life by searching for it in many places. They work hard, gain the experience and attain the fruit. Of course they too achieve the success, but the time period is comparatively high with smart workers. Because the smart workers learning lessons from their ancestors and scholars. They use those lessons and a little of practical experiences to achieve the needed success. This is the characters of Muruga and Ganesha inferred to me from the story.

In the present competitive world being a Ganesha doesn’t help you to achieve the success. We should build ourselves with characteristics of both Muruga and Ganesha. So if you’re a smart worker, try to work hard and if you’re a hard worker learn to be a smart worker.

As u know change never changes this perception too might change at a point of time in my life. If I were an active blogger during that time will make a post on it.

Is 2G spectrum allocation is a Scam or an Error??

I know it’s very late to write about this issue. I like to analyze keenly in any issue before arriving to a conclusion. Now looking at the proceedings in the allocation of 2G spectrum to the companies and later on reports about the issue, I doubt whether it is a scam or an error. You can wonder that while majority of the people saying it as a scam how this idiot is saying it might be an error.
First of all let’s see the process undergone in allocation of spectrum. It is allocated by First Cum First Service basis; people say it is a old model which was followed by two of our telecom ministers in past. Due to this the companies are allocated spectrum for relatively cheaper prices when compared with the market. Then those companies sold their stake to overseas and domestic firms for higher prices. Here the experts say A. Raja has been convinced or corrupted by the companies for getting spectrum in low price. They also say Niira Radia might have did the lobbying work.
Reports by the government agencies like CVC, CAG and CBI say that raja declined the recommendations by PM, MOF, and MoL. From these facts they say it’s a scam, but by implying basic common sense you can say it’s not enough to prove it. Because none of the report carries an evidence against Raja for corruption, if you take for the Niira Radia tapes not a single tape deals with the spectrum allocation.
Now let’s take our focus to CAG report, which says due to this our government lost Rs.1,76,000 crores. They say it by calculating the stake price of those companies at present and also by allotted spectrum’s market price. Here too use your common sense is it possible to gain such an amount as our 3G auction too doesn’t valued that much.
Before going into it deeply I like to inform you that its not the first 2G spectrum allocation process, already some of the market players like Airtel, Vodafone had been allotted with these spectrum years ago.
Here arises a doubt for me, how the allocation should be for the new companies as they need to compete with the existing players?? If we think in this manner, the mentioned allocation process seems to be reasonable for me. Because the new players who enter into the market need to compete with the existing, so they should be allotted with some reasonable price. Only because of the low priced allocation we people enjoying the low tariffs from service providers and also the price war among the people helps us a lot. So the low price allocation can be considered as a like a subsidy given for petroleum products and several others. If giving subsidy is a scam our governments are doing that since our independence.
Before concluding this post I like to mention a scam by our medias and CAG. CAG is a government agency which investigated this allocation process and made a report based on the investigation. Before that report was submitted to our president media got access to it. Is it possible without corruption??
Overall, I am not convinced to accept it as a scam, as there is no evidence for it. Still I think it’s an error.
I need your valuable comments, because I might be completely in wrong perception.

The Social Network

How do you feel when you get a chance to see the development of the product which is one of your most favorite?

What are the words you use to describe that feeling?

Got an answer?!

I guess you will say ‘No words to describe it’. Because that’s the answer I got with these questions. I felt like that while watching the move 'The Social Network' . I hope you know that it’s a movie on Mark Zuckerberg the founder of Facebook.

I liked the line they used in posters of the movie “You don’t get to 500 million friends without making a few enemies”. The movie starts with the law suits faced by the Zuckerberg and it travels back according to the investigation details. I didn’t want to make this post as a movie review thing; I got some insights of the movie, so I liked to share it in my blog.

As a management student I learnt two things from this story,
  • First, generating a great idea doesn’t help you to grow big, you need to love it, live with it and importantly you should work on it.
  • Second, Even though you do a business on social networking, to sustain it, you need to sacrifice your relationships and your close friends might turn up into enemies.

I learnt these two things, but as an Indian citizen I got stuck up with some questions,

We do have several quality educational institutions, but why there are no innovative business ideas like facebook?

Why we never care about Entrepreneurships?

Why we are not making such movies like The Social Network? At least it might motivate persons to innovate or work on an idea.

I think the change should be in ourselves, because you cannot search a thing for somewhere, keeping it with you. If you think I am wrong on this, please do correct me by adding up your comments, I will be pleased to see those.

And finally if you love social networking try Facebook, its fun.
If you love Facebook see The Social Network movie, it’s cool

Story of Water

It’s raining all the day. Our meteorological department says that for the past five years we have been receiving 90 to 98% of rainfall. A friend of mine by seeing these facts asked me a question that if we were receiving needed rain, why do people suffers in water scarcity. That’s the question made me to write this post.

In order to make you understand reasons for scarcity, I need you to travel along with me to our past. It’s the period of Cholas dynasty, the rainfall is not very high but the availability of water is high, people do agriculture throughout the year. How?

It is not because of the rainfall, it’s due to the methods adopted for irrigation. They had built several lakes to store the flood water and each of the lakes is networked among themselves and also with rivers by using canals. Not a huger quantity of flood waters is allowed into the sea those days. Particularly in Ramanathapuram district (now it’s been declared the water scarcity area) had 127 such lakes to avoid water scarcity. Even the irrigation experts in US wondered by seeing the satellite pictures of the network. But at present all those networks are disrupted by encroachments of people. The flood water due to the rain is not getting into those lakes like it did in the past. Also many lakes are destroyed or made into small size lakes by our irresponsible activities.

Not only Ramanathapuram, take our state capital city Chennai as example. During the period of Pallavas their irrigation plans made Chennai the next major agricultural area after Tanjore. But irony is that our history subject in the academics deals only about the construction of Mahabalipuram and Tanjore temples. Researchers say that Koovam rivers flows completely in a different path at present due to the several concrete structure built in the middle. Koovam and Adayar are the rivers which irrigated the agricultural lands of Chennai during the past, but now they act as drainage for the city. Many lakes of Chennai is been completely destroyed and today you cannot see the traces of it. Nungambakkam is one such place.

Both Ramanathapuram and Chennai are just examples. There are others cities and towns in Tamilnadu like Coimbatore and Tirupur with the same kind of stories. Here the blame should not be on the governments which ruled us; it should be on us the citizens of this republic. So we youngsters should be aware of things and should not repeat the same mistakes done by our ancestors and should make a prosperous Tamilnadu for our children.

Nandalala - Dont miss it

My longing to see a good film in Tamil is been fulfilled by Mysskin’s Nandalala. At first a royal salute to Mysskin for not making a storyline based in Madurai zone which portrays a hero with unshaven face. Because most of the directors at present in Tamil cinema industry says they making a realistic script and does the above mentioned story.

A journey of two persons a kid and a grown up kid in searching of their respective mothers is the storyline. The situations and the persons they meet in the process of journey forms the crux of the film. I didn’t want to reveal the entire story because it may disrupt your interest while seeing the movie.

In a journey of life, we do several small journeys. Those journeys and the co-passengers of the journeys teach us a lot of lesson about the life. This is the thing Mysskin tries to deliver in the movie. The characterization of each person in the film is done by Mysskin with utmost care. Particularly I loved the characterization of the differentially able person the lead characters meet in the middle. Each end every scene of the film is crafted like writing a novel. I felt like reading a novel not felt as seeing a film. The director explains many sequences by the visualization not by lengthy dialogues.

Technically film has a lot to praise. Cinematography for the film is done by Mahesh Muthusamy. He deserves lot of praises, because his camera captured with the exact mood of the scenes, the colorization is perfect for each scene. Editing by Khakin deserves a special mention because for this kind of film the running length is the key factor and he made it around 135mins, which is a highly favorable thing to enjoy the movie.

The one person who carried the film in his shoulders with ease is our Mastero Illayaraja. I never experienced such a great quality BGM in any of the recent Tamil movies even not in Illayaraja scored films. Thanks to Mysskin for it. I am sure Illayaraja deserves a national award for Nandalala.

In performance everybody who acted in the movie did their job pretty well. As he is the captain of the ship, Mysskin blended himself to the character of psychologically affected person. The small boy Aswath ram and snigdha both did a commendable job.
Overall Nandalala is a cute novel in silver screen which portrays human emotions in relationships very neatly. A must see movie don’t miss it.

P.S: Nandalala is based on a Japanese film “Kikujiro” directed by Takeshi Kitano.

Persons who inspired me-3

In my last two posts, I had written about the personalities who inspired me, but here comes the person who not only inspired me but also influenced me. His music always made me to feel good. He started his journey as a music instruments lender and then a keyboard player, finally a world class musician. The person I am writing about here is A. S. Dileep Kumar aka Allah Rakha Rahman and shortly ARR by his fans.

His abilities is been showcased to the world by a Tamil movie “ROJA”, which won him a national award. Since then he is unstoppable and that journey is been going steady after two Oscar awards. Initially he is been criticized by some persons for using electronically generated sounds. Even Illayaraja had mentioned in an interview that he never considers those electronic wastes of Rahman. But the same Illayaraja had praised him in a function where ARR is congratulated by Tamil cinema’s musicians. Whatever the criticisms are he answers it by his works not by words. To me music should be pleasant and magical irrespective of what the instruments used to compose it.

From my childhood when it comes to music ARR songs dominated completely. I admired his arrangements and using of new talents in his songs. Particularly I admired his introduction of Chinmayi to render for a song in Kannathil Muthamittal is the best part. His introduction of new talents changed the musical face of Tamil cinema. According to me his masterpiece in composition are Aromale in VTV, Oru theivam thandha poove & Vellai pookal in Kannathil muthamittal and his Vande mataram.

In my life, whenever I was happy, Sad, felt depressed and in travel ARR’s music is my companion.

The things which I inspired from him are
- Calmness
- Spirituality and
- Passion towards his work

Persons who inspired me-2

The very next person after Sujatha who inspired me a lot is Dr. Kamal Hassan. From my childhood he is inspiring me a lot. But I didn’t recognize or understood the thoughts his movies carries, even I didn’t figure out he is a great actor. Even while seeing his famous movie “Thevarmagan” I didn’t realize about his performance. That might be due to the reason of his liveliness with the character. The movie which made me to turn my attention on him and made me to wonder about him is “AnbeSivam”. I think it is the first Tamil cinema which created a great impact on me. After seeing his performance and the thoughts he came around in that movie, I did a time travel by seeing all his previous classic movies.

The most things I hear about him in my surrounding is his movies and thoughts are advanced and that is the reason it is not understandable. I couldn’t understand this, because he never takes movies in any unknown language. For example if we know Indian history very well we can understand his Heyram easily. So I thought and also came to a conclusion that for our lack of knowledge we should not blame a genius. He entered the cinema industry as a choreographer, Balachander made him an assistant director to him and then to an actor.

I don’t know how he shaped his career as an actor, but I do aware about his script and dialogue writing skills. So when considering his scripts like Guna, Alavandhan, Anbesivam, Thevarmagan, Heyram, Dasavatharam all were in different genres. He handles every genre with ease which is not possible for many versatile scriptwriters in Tamil cinema. I don’t know how many of them are aware about Thevarmagan is an inspiration from Hollywood’s classic The Godfather. His “AnbeSivam” is a classic and masterpiece in Tamil cinema.

But I loved Dasavatharam more than anything from his other movies as a script writer. Because in it he interludes so many things like chaos theory, randomness theory, atheism, theism, international politics, science and finally history. To write a script with this much thing is really a difficult one, but he made it quite comfortably. More than script, the dialogues are so lively and great one in a Tamil movie after a long time. Particularly the initial dialogues of rangaraja nambi are awesome. Only this movie helped me to know about chaos theory and randomness theory.

But recently his new facet is revealed to me by Vijay TV. It is nothing other than his literature skills. I really took a long time to understand this and finally felt ashamed about myself for not understanding a poem on my mother tongue.

The things I got inspired from him are to learn a lot of things and use those knowledge u posses by learning to teach others. The important thing I learnt is, know about you more and love yourself a lot.

Persons who inspired me-1

I came across this person’s writings during my HSC. I don’t know really how many of my close ones aware about his writings. He is initially known to me only as a writer, but when days passed I realized that he is a writer (books, drama, dialogues and screenplay), engineer and scientist. The thing by which he inspired me is his way of narration and new form of Tamil writings. Some of you now might have realized who I am writing about, he is writer Sujatha aka Rangarajan.

Sujatha (May 3, 1935 - February 27, 2008) was the pseudonym of the Tamil writer S. Rangarajan, author of over 100 novels, 250 short stories, ten books on science, ten stage plays, and a slim volume of poems. He was one of the most popular writers in Tamil literature, and a regular contributor to topical columns in Tamil periodicals such as Ananda Vikatan, Kumudam and Kalki. He had a wide readership, and served for a brief period as the editor of Kumudam, and has also written screenplays and dialogues for several Tamil movies. (Courtesy: Wikipedia)

If you are interested to read books and not having any idea about the author to start with, then your choice should be sujatha. Because he is the only writer in tamil who I know, has written stories years beyond which suits the present trend. I started to read his writings from “En iniya iyandhira”, a story about a robo dog, which has Artificial Intelligence. I think he wrote the story during 1980s. And the next part to the same book too is released during the same period. These are the two books where our latest blockbuster movie “Endhiran” is inspired. He is not only talented in writing Sci-fi stories. His story on love “pirivom sandhipom” is a biggest hit in Ananda vikatan. When I assumed he is master story writer(i.e is lengthy stories), his short stories surprised me a lot.

But he is not only a story writer his columns are of great success in both Ananda vikatan and Kanayali. He had written several drama scripts and dialogues for famous movies like Iruvar, Kannathil Muthamittal, Aayitha Ezhuthu, Indian, Mudhalvan etc. when I thought he was versatile writer, I surprised by an information from my dad, because he is one of the inventor of our E-polling machine. He did his engineering in MIT, Chennai. He worked first in Civil Aviation Department of Government of India and later for Bharat Electronics Limited in Bangalore. He initiated the development of advanced word processing before the days of personal computers.

The things which I got inspired from him are he never stopped to learn things till his journey of life stopped. He is specialized in so many fields, many personalities had said that we can discuss any kind of topic with him. Its hard to be a genius like him, but its easy to follow his footsteps and learn things. Because our country needs more creators in whatever field we operate. I got inspired from his stories and columns, I hope this small piece of my writings about this great man will inspire you.

How the Education system is ruined in India?!

Initially the education is been a charity and the people who involved are been given a great respect in the society. I mean the persons who gives education and who enables it. Actually India is one among the countries which keeps educational institutions as a charity foundation. It is because from the past education is considered as a charity in our country and it is been treated as the right to every person. But the present situation made our government to enact a Right to Education bill in our parliament. What factors made this changes is been already discussed by so many media and writers. Now you can wonder how this idiot’s perception is going to be different from others, but I can assure not many writers covered this kind of facts. Because it is from my own experience, only I can describe it, others cannot!!

As like the educational history of India, mine too started off very well. My primary school teachers are so good to me and they ignited me always to study not by any hard punishments, but by soft words. I can feel the warmness I felt around them till now, that is the reason I had topped in academics all the time i.e., till my primary school days. Even they missed a thing for me, I had never realized my interests and they too never guided me to that. Once I entered in to my SSLC I started to feel that education system is ruining me. I never had any interest to study; I never realized the reasons for my change in attitude. But the thing is during those days I always advised to hold a textbook in my hand by my teachers. They did a crazy thing, which is teaching the class 10 syllabus from the last months of class 9. First I didn’t get the reasons for this, but later I understood they are making us to be ready for the public exams to the earliest.

It is because we need to secure marks higher, that is the trend still which is been followed in our educational institutions. They need to project that their students have secured good marks and that facts will gain them admission. They never care what each of the individuals dream about; particularly they shatter the dreams of students at the initial stage. These are started to occur in our system once the competition is started between the schools. The management in order to face the competition advised their staffs with different set of strategies in different stages,

• First stage they advised to have more concentration on weak students.
• Second they implemented several punishments which are sadistic occasionally.
• Finally a thing which made everything worse, implementation of incentives for teachers who handled the best performing classes.

Now you may wonder how an incentive will lead to these problems, but the path I came across in my life has the proof to it. Here the incentive made the teachers to focus on the marks of the students not on the behavior of the students. Because here it is a number to number deal, the numbers displayed in every students mark sheets influences the numbers in paychecks of themselves. So most of the teachers are aimed at achieving the incentive, I didn’t blame them for this, but they should have considered the aims of their students too. I had this kind of personal experience in my life even during my college days. The following are about the different stages of teachers actions with me,

• Guided me to secure good marks
• Forced me to get average marks
• Pushed me to pass marks
• Threatened me to write exam

It is because during the last stage, my mind started to think independently and those are the days I started to hate system of our country.
Our Indian education system is not only ruining the minds and dreams of its students, also ruining itself. I hope for a change soon and sure that I will be the change I wish to see in it. Because me also one among the victims of this system.

P.S: I use this medium to dedicate my educators- Dad and my close friend Balu.
Also the idea to this post striked my mind while i reading "freakonomics", thanks to Stephen J. Levitt.

December 6th- September 24th

It’s really worst that the whole country is afraid about the judgment which is expected to be delivered and due to the interference of our supreme court it’s been postponed for another certain period. I didn’t view this incident as about the wrong doings of the political parties and religious organizations which are involved in it. It is about how the citizens of this country worked without any senses and made our country to feel shame in the international arena.

Babri mosque was constructed in the year 1527 by the order of Babur, first Mughal emperor of India. During the construction I think he didn’t think about the future consequences that the mosque is going to create. So he might have ordered to construct it with happiness and it was completed. Then the people who follow Islamism are started to use this mosque for this spiritual and devotional purposes. The problems started only during the year 1885, when a person named Mahant Raghuvardas filed a petition on court to build a temple for lord Ram near the mosque. During that time it is not made into a big issue as we Indians had British as our common enemy. India is a country with people of similar kind; they all will unite together only if a common enemy comes into act. So we didn’t have time for our religious fights.

Then during 1949, when enemy of our country has been eradicated we came to our basics again. What happened in this year is really seems funny for me. Statues of lord Ram has been inside the mosque in all of a sudden, I think you all can guess how it would have happened. But during those days the people claimed that the lord Ram had taken his place himself. This is where the issue started to be in focus among the people of India. Many petitions have been filed regarding this and not a single court had settled this issue. But the rituals for the statue is been performed regularly and Allahabad court ordered for the status quo till all the issues has been settled. During 1980s the situations really started to began worse and many movements have been organized by various organizations in the motive to build a Ram temple. Finally on December 6, 1992 the historic symbol of Mughal dynasty in India for 465 years is been destroyed.

This caused violence like bomb blasts, killings and public unrest on both sides. Most of the people in India are not in a position to accept the verdict even now. The thing which made me angry and at the same time to worry is: The government which is been elected by the people of this country is worrying about the judgment and the sequence of action will follow due to that, also they afraid about providing of security to the same citizens who elected it. But here I didn’t mean this to blame the government of India, we the people are to be blamed. We made the situation to be worse like this and it’s in our hands to make a change.

In my point of view I do have a suggestion to solve it. We should build up a monument in ground zero, which indicates the shame we people had created to our country. And it should also have a wordings like, this is the place where two gods sacrificed themselves for the betterment of their followers.

P.S: I hope the above will never happen, but atleast this issue should be solved soon.

Sweetest journey in my life

It’s been a 20 years of journey for me and I can’t even imagine it will be over within a period of about 6 months. I have been educated a lot in this journey and also I learned many things. But I didn’t write this in order to outline the things I learned. I did those in my previous posts. So I decided to make this a description of the journey. I think you understood about what I have been mentioned here. If not by reading further you can make it.

I don’t remember the day and its happenings, but somehow after years I know that I have been to school regularly. My mom use to say that I never cried to go for school and been very calm those days. I think most of you will disagree with this, to make you all believe will say you another one and she also used to say I always eat without any hesitation. To my wonder I am always the topper during my primary school education. The important thing is I never carried the heavy luggage our schools offered us to carry till my grandfather there with us. After he passed away I used to carry it myself. I still remember those days that I wondered still how many years need to carry this luggage.

After my primary education over and I been to my SSLC. This is the period I started to miss my sweet home, parents and friends in my surroundings. But that luggage is always with me. That’s the day I understood that even though you change your school, the luggage u need to carry never changes. But in this period I learned to do things without depending others. Particularly I started to hate the education I were provided, because these are the days where books started to be in my life, here I doesn’t mean about the textbooks. My focus is only to have fun with my friends, never cared about the studies. Then somehow I completed my SSLC and entered into my evergreen period of life, HSC. This the period where I got matured a lot, experienced infatuations and many other which I cannot mention over here. I got my close friends during these days in my journey. Two years of fun, persons who are there with me in those days can’t forget any single things we did. Even my school principal can’t forget our gang and particularly me. I remember a English saying that "history is philosophy teaching by examples". I am sure that we are the examples for how to enjoy your days.

Then my journey entered into the second level of enjoyment in my life. I finished my schooling and entered into an engineering college without knowing what engineering is. I promise u still I didn’t know anything about engineering and nothing even in my stream computer science engineering. But the university awarded us that I am a certified professional in computer science engineering. This is how our Indian education system functions at present. But in this period I really overjoyed myself. The important thing to say here is the luggage factor is vanished in this part. Initially I went to college with a single notebook and after day’s with empty hands. I really wondered that our education system functions in reverse. Because when I have a physical strength to carry those loads, it’s not must and vice-versa. But it’s new to me to study or go to college without any luggage, so I decided to make a virtual burden named arrears. Really it’s been there with me till my last semester exams.

So I finished my engineering, most of my friends are selected to be a corporate slave. I decided to postpone my slavery period, so I joined MBA. But this is the most important decision in my life, I learnt many things and also about persons. Still I have some month’s time to finish this course; I will make the continuation to this post once I completed it.

hi all

I didn’t write any posts for a month’s time due to some personal reasons. Now I am back again, due to cover my absence in a single post I decided to list up the events happened in this month which impacted me.

Spot fixing scandal by Pakistan players:
Some people will have the interest to know about the future, some people will have the desire to design the future. Pakistan cricket players got stuck up with a person of second type. This is not a new thing to be happened in Pakistan’s cricket world. History tells us that it’s not a first of its kind in Pakistan’s cricket, there are lot of players been accused previously for match fixing. And those players are never been punished by the PCB. But this news makes me to suspect strongly about our IPL, because it is the event which has the tremendous circulation of money. Let’s hope that all the perpetrators are caught soon and penalized.

CWG theme song:
When I heard the theme song which is been composed by ARR, it looked great for a sports event. But the next day when I see the newspapers a news which really made me to laugh. One of the members of the organizing committee of CWG had said that it is not the song with complete ARR’s potential and compared it with vandematharam song. I think the only good thing about CWG is the theme song. It’s still a question that CWG games will meet the deadline, so the organizing committee better can concentrate on that rather than in the song.

Great political tamasha:
The main actors in this are our chief minister Mr. Karunanidhi and Miss. Jayalalitha. The first comedy was started by the opposition party chief in Coimbatore by addressing a huge crowd after months. Then our CM left all the official works and addressed a meeting in order to show their parties strength. It’s again going to be repeated in Trichy. I really wonder only by addressing a huge gathering and showing it in their respective channels will gain them votes. So it is clear now that both parties are not cared about the peoples of the state, they are only cared about their party. But when there are people who get money for their votes and who casted their votes to DMK for just the sake of TV and other free soaps, no parties will rule our state genuinely. But we youths should be aware about the politics in local, national and international. I hope after reading this post you will change yourselves.

P.S: I know this post is the worst one among mine, I still didn’t recover from my problem completely. So guys please forgive me…..

Learnings from my colorful days

Life becomes sweet when you have good friends around. This post is about such friends in my life and I dedicate it to them. Most of my sweet friends are from my undergraduate course, they made those days unforgettable. The care and affection they provided me cannot be expressed in words. Enjoyment is the only thing we did focused on those days. But now when I remember them, they provided invaluable experiences to me unconsciously.

Whenever I think about my college days the first thing strikes in my mind is arrear. Most students hate this word and afraid about the occurrence of it in their academic history. But we guys are totally different in this regarding, we hate exams so arrears started to like us and it filled our mark sheets. At result day when all other classmates discussing about marks they secured, we will have our discussion on how the forthcoming semester exam schedule will be made so as to avoid one day match- as we fondly call two exams in a day. But arrears really gains you self-confidence. Self-confidence come to you only if you strike back at your failures and converts those into success. When u witness an arrear cleared by you, the confidence gets built up in you will be strong enough to make you face your failures with ease. I don’t recommend you to keep arrears, but if it occurs in your academics face those with confidence and clear it.

The thing we do often to have fun is making a picnic to any nearest place. Travelling helped us to explore places and also us. This helped us to recover from many things like sorrows, misunderstandings, importantly mental fatigue we experienced by the academics. When you start to have fun as a group, you will start to forget your sorrows. Misunderstandings have never been occurred between any of us, as we all had a single motto- fun. When you have fun, your mind will be positive and it will not allow any negative things to enter into our mind to create misunderstandings with close ones. By these kind we explored ourselves very well and the understanding we had between us reached a great level so that we never had big quarrels. Mostly our arguments will end up in fun and none will feel won in it. Arguments really help you to share many things but when you have arguments with your close ones don’t try to win it. Because winning an argument with your close ones might end up in disturbing your rapport with them.

Inception (contd)

In the previous post I written about the inceptions that occurred in my life and now here I am writing the continuation to it. This is based on entertainment section of our life,
4. Books
Books entered into my life once I been to school. But those are not responsible for this post as I hate them to the most. This inception was purely done by my dad, who is always fond of reading books. I started to read comics from my childhood, then at the age of 14 shifted to fictions (mostly by late sujatha who rules me till now by his writings). Even blogging is possible only by those books I read. Most people’s say books will help you to create your life, I agree with that strongly. Because the information books shares to you really helps you to understand the life. But the books that we choose decides it, not all the books helps you. Once you make the habit of reading books soon after that you can find your author or section.
5. Music:
Music rules my days. It is an inception planted in my mind by our media. I love to hear songs while am doing a work, travelling and even before sleeping. I love A.R.Rahman songs from my childhood and still now he is my favorite artist. Music gives you love, passion, peace etc.., really I don’t have words to express about it anymore, because it should be felt by the heart and words cannot do that.
6. Films:
One might think what the importance of films to be in this post. It is because the love I have on movies has no limits. Basically I am not a normal viewer to the movie, I like to explore it. There are many claims that movies do waste your time and it doesn’t teach us anything. It is not true, it’s the only thing makes a person to sit in a place for more than 2 hrs. Movies help to portrait a person’s idea better than any media can do. Even I am writing this blog based on the storyline of a movie. So movies do impact our life, and it should be maintained to a level where it should not rule us.

Inception

“An idea which is planted in one’s mind has no resilient, and that idea can be powerfully planted by using the strong sedative to make that person in deep sleep” this is the baseline the inception movie deals with. But the following is not about the movie, it’s about the inceptions I experienced in my life. Some are good, some are bad and some are really hard to remember. Here I list out the ideas planted and the truth I learnt after going by those ideas.

1.Study hard to find a job:
This will be experienced by most of them. It is tried to plant in my mind right from the childhood to present. Many who planted this idea used earning money as the sedative. The real truth I learnt is only studying hard will not find you a job, for a job you needs to be a person with skills that are completely unrelated to academics. In my experience I learnt that don’t study hard, just work hard to learn more things. Here I was self programmed in defending the inception due to my dislike of the current education system.

2.Only earning lot of money will gain u happiness:
This is too a most common one. The way the persons surrounding us plant this idea in a great way that we cannot be self programmed to defend it. Earning lot of money will only help you to be in a consumer world and it will never end up your desires. Actually money is directly proportional to your desires, if the level of money increases so as your desires. So, only earning lot of money will never ever gain you the happiness in life, it can just pave the way for it. From my experiences I learned that making our loved ones happy and by seeing that we can be in the state of happiness constantly.

3.Everything happened is because of god:
Even in my sleep if I think about this it will make me to laugh aloud. This is planted in my mind ones I learned the meaning for the word GOD. In my life I have turned lots of yellow pages, at those times I had a habit of blaming god for my situations and when I taste success I will claim it to be mine. Claiming another person for your happenings will never help you to achieve great heights; it will only give you a immediate relief but not complete one. I don’t know when my mind is self- programmed to defend it, but nowadays for both failures and success I started to claim myself. By doing it, I can review the mistakes and turn those failures into steps for my successes in future.
